Who we are

Ground Built Nigeria Limited was registered in 2016 (RC 1346715) to replace Royal Agent under which the company starter operation in 2012 to carry out civil Engineering contracting services in Nigeria. The company was registered with special emphasis on piling, building and civil engineering works.

Since its establishment in 2016, Ground Built Nigeria Limited has handled some piling, building and civil engineering works for diverse projects covering a wide range of the applications of foundation engineering to the solution of civil engineering problems.

Our success in this chosen field of engineering have been made possible by the use of highly motivated professional engineers who will embark on regular training both at home and abroad as well as the application of appropriate technology.

In addition to its excellent manpower and equipment resources, Ground Built Nigeria Limited synegize with other players in the industry in the country in order to enhance flexibility and existing capabilities.

OUR BOARD OF MANAGEMENT

MR. OLUSOLA OLAWOORE is a highly experienced and well groomed Engineer with over 30 years post graduation experience and practical involvement in civil engineering and geo-technics. He cut his engineering teeth with Foundation Systems Nigeria Limited, Lagos from 1993 where he rose to the position of Contract Manager before leaving in 2012 to start Royal Agent Nigeria Limited now Ground Built Nigeria Limited.

MR OLUGUNTOYE has over 30 years working experience in Construction and Geo- technical Engineering. He was a Site Engineer with Navimor International at Snake Island, Apapa, Lagos at the start of his career. He later worked with various other Civil Engineering companies including Progress Engineers, Ikeja, Lagos as Quantity Assurance Control Engineer, He later joined Ground Built Nigeria Limited as a Technical Director). He is a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers and he is also COREN registered.

MR ABAYOMI is a civil engineer with over 30 years of building/construction and civil engineering experience. He has worked in different capabilities as Supervisor, Site Engineer, Estimator, Builder and ProjectManager. He had spent couple of years working for Uren Construction and Atila Engineering Company in the areas of Project Management and Construction across the six geo-political zones in Nigeria.

MR. FASHINA is a building technologist with over 30 years of building construction experience. He has worked in different capabilities as Supervisor, Site Engineer, Estimator, Builder and Project Manager/Coordinator. He joined Ground Built Nigeria Limited as a Project Engineer). He had spent couple of years working for a blue chip financial institution in the areas of project management and construction across the six geo-political zones in Nigeria. He is a corporate member of The Nigerian Institute of Building.
